Yeah trying to do this on a mountain bike with the litelock attached at the base of bike is going to be a lot harder to try and complete. I think this one is a good compromise on a medium priced bike. If I had an e-bike maybe I’d go for the x3

18volt battery ,really , i think you,ll find these thiefs are now using the Makita GA038GZ07 40v Max XGT which is pricey ,well over a grand . and if your on a budget ,you can use the DeWalt DCG418 54v XR Cordless Brushless FLEXVOLT High Power Angle Grinder 125mm ,which is under 250 pounds . plus they use a diamond metal cutting disc ,not fibre discs . fibre discs wear down on mild steel ,these thief,s are in organized gangs ,and will happily drop money on a top end grinder and decent metal diamond cutting disc . just one bike alone will pay for the tool and profit . so the test using crappy fibre discs ,is just piss poor . lets see this test . with high quality diamond metal cutting disc . not a single youtuber , has done this yet . probably because there either sponsored or getting some kind of kick back from the sale of this lock .

I cannot say how many times I've had this issue. On a hard key opening I bring a brush and do the janitor's job right away and usually the lock works fine right away after that.
